  "text": "The date upon which Tier 1 of the Version 5.0 specification shall go into effect is contingent upon the size of the display, and is outlined in the table below. All products, including models originally qualified under Version 4.1, with a date of manufacture on or after that date must meet the new Version 5.0 requirements in order to qualify for ENERGY STAR (including additional shipments of models originally qualified under Version 4.1).
